but my laptop died overnight last night. *sigh* I don't think I lost anything that important... mostly everything is backed up on externals... except for my internet favorites folder. *sigh* Things have GOT to start going right at some point.

ohhh how horrible. i guess its the same frustration i had when i lost my phone (although i can imagine a computer is slightly worse than a phone...)

try to hang in there. things WILL get better!! my mum always says "just put positive karma out there and it'll come back to you"... even if her pearls of wisdom sound stupid, they at least help me to get through the hard times. its easy for someone who isn't going through what you're going through to say that, but i'm sure something good will be waiting for you after all of this.
