Random things...

talisa_ahnI've been really good lately. I haven't been out to dinner in forever and I've even been bring home lunch the past two days since the last day of school lunch was Tuesday. I haven't been shopping. I didn't apply for Ueda (gah. I really want to go). I sold one of my PZ tickets. I'll only have the chance to go to see the Kanju butai 2 times instead of the original 5 I applied for (and I might just sell one set of tickets... well... maybe). I've been good... so that I won't feel terribly guilty when I go see EbiKisu's butai in September. My actual feelings towards them doing this butai aren't so happy, but because it's them, I'll go and support. We'll leave it at that for now.
The weather has been complete crap for the entire week so far. It's been raining. Monday and Tuesday, my jeans were wet too the knee 'cause umbrellas only do so much. And then yesterday, it rained so hard that the trains weren't fully functioning. I only have to go 2 stops south, but my train only went 1. Had to walk the rest of the way and by the time I got to school, only my head was dry (because rain+wind=horizontal rain). When I left school 8 hours later, my jeans were still wet.
And what happens when you spend all day in wet clothes? You get sick. Yay me. And yes, I'm aware of the fact that it IS me and that it's been a full month or so since I was last sick. I think my body decided it was time that I did.
Finally got to go meet the shodo teacher this afternoon though. It's hard, but I really like it. She gave me a new brush ('cause mine is from the 100yen store and sucks). I hope I can actually start going weekly once August hits. I've always wanted to learn. And it's a great opportunity to practice speaking Japanese since the teacher I go with and the shodo teacher both don't speak English.
I have a bunch of stuff that I should post piled up. Jweb entries, AAA blog/mobile entries, a new sales post, fics, memes... and I was gonna do some of it tonight... but I'm going to bed. Congestion is making my head hurt.
