It's Japan as a whole.  Doesn't matter if you're not a Johnny's... you can still have a horrifically ugly costume.

i wonder why they make people wear clothes like that too. but i have a feeling it has something to do with cosplay or something like that..

No clue... but they really like making sure what they're wearing on stage is different from everyday fashion.

i really don't mind what they wear cause u don't have to worry about girls trying to be super sexy even at a young age..
