Big Fail...

It took less than an hour to type out the translation for the first Juniben (the Kanju portion of Janiben)... but I've been staring at the video of the letter exchange between Nika and Senga for the last half hour, with a nice big question mark above my head half of the time. I'm pretty sure that it really was Standard Japanese that I studied for 15 years of my life... but it ain't showing.
Forgot to mention it here earlier, but I joined a Jr. fansubbing team as a translator. So far did the 8/2 Shokura and the first Juniben. But yeah. Both were Kansai-ben... so now I'm really starting to wonder... Like. I know what they're talking about, but having to translate each individual sentence is looking like a LOT of work at the moment... (._. ;)
